QuickBooks is Intuit Inc's set of software solutions designed to manage payroll, inventory, sales and other needs of a small business. The software's features include marketing tools, merchant services, product and supplies, and training solutions. Learn how to customize QuickBooks forms and reports to fit your unique business. You will also learn to enter estimates, produce progress invoices, and track time and materials.
• Set up accounts, vendors, customers, jobs and items
• Enter transactions
• Issue accounts payable, accounts receivable, and sales tax
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements
• Produce financial statements

Increase Your Personal and Professional Effectiveness - November 13, 2018 - 8:30am-4:30pm

This practical, interactive and valuable one-day workshop will help participants develop the mindset and skillset to improve their personal effectiveness at work and in life. Learn how to block time, break up what has to be done based on the rise and fall of energy levels and motivation over the course of the day, and how to stop procrastinating and just ‘get it done’. Discover the power of the "Delete, Delegate, Do, Defer" model as a means of taking an action-oriented approach to achieving more without working longer.

Project Management Certification

 
Frank P. Saladis Certificate in Project Management is a professional development certificate offered through Universities who have collaborated with Successful Projects to provide an large pool of excellent project management instructors who are also industry experts. Participants in this program are not only able to select and customize their own short course, they are able to select their instructor and get personal, one-on-one attention from someone who can help advance their career.
 
Choose 1 of 3 Tracks:
1. Fundamentals of Project Management
2. PMP® Credential Exam Preparation
3. Specific Industry Project Management or Special Topics
Fees: $2,000 per person or $1,700 per person when three or more participants
from the same company register.
